This is an independant and impartial complaint resolution scheme approved by the Austrlian Securities and Investment Commission, being a member shows our commitment to providing our clients with the highest level of personal service and professionalism. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service you receive from Brokerhouse or have a complaint we would like to here from you.
